My Story
I completed my first Counselling diploma in 2002 and went on to undertake a degree in integrative counselling which enabled me to gain a greater understanding of myself and how I was developing as a Counsellor.
Since my formal training I have undertaken training in a range of areas to develop my skills which include trauma, anxiety and depression, solution focused, LGBTQA+ and much more.
These studies and experiences shape the way I work today: warm, supportive, and integrative, drawing on different approaches to meet each person’s unique needs.
It is deeply rewarding to see clients, learn to trust, find clarity, rebuild confidence, and strengthen themselves and their relationships.
I feel privileged witnessing another’s change.
