Session Prices

Choosing to begin therapy is a powerful commitment to yourself and your future. My goal is to make this journey as accessible as possible.

All sessions are 50 minutes and held online via a secure video platform.

• Standard Session Rate: £60

• Weekend Session Rate: £70 (limited availability)

• Single Session Therapy £85 (up to 1.5 hours) (£95 weekend)

• Block Booking Rate: £300 (6 sessions for the price of 5)

Making Therapy Accessible:

I believe that quality counselling should be available to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. That is why I offer concessionary rates.

• Low-Income Rate: I hold a limited number of concessionary slots for individuals on a low income. Please feel free to mention this when you get in touch so we can discuss your situation in confidence.

• Student Counsellors Rate: I offer space for student under taking a recognised Counsellors in training , with a rate of £40 per session.

Payments are made via bank transfer 24 hours before our session begins, and receipts are emailed monthly.
